What if the driver cannot login to the ELD application?

If the driver has the app installed but cannot login do the following steps:

1 – Confirm the driver has internet connection on the device by opening the browser and opening countingtrucks.com.


2 – Confirm that you can log into their account from your device with the password.


3 – Reinstall the app.


4 – Confirm the driver is entering the correct password – this can be done by resetting the drivers password to the letter a on the website – to do this open the portal, find the driver, click on the driver and enter the new password and confirm the new password.

If there is a malfunction:
– Tell the driver to start using paper logs as there is an ELD malfunction.
– Tell the driver to call support at phone number +1(650) 250 3873.
